LAKE ELSINORE — November 2, 2026. Lake Elsinore’s Rosetta Canyon Sports Park has a community garden program with individual 8-by-4-foot plots, a stated first-year fee of $30 and $20 annual renewal fee.
Who can join
The city lists Lake Elsinore residents aged 18 and older and local organizations as eligible applicants. Nonresidents may receive a plot if space remains; availability is first-come, first-served.
Fees and application timing
The plot year runs March through February, and the city’s posted fees are nonrefundable and not prorated. If all plots are assigned, applicants can ask to be placed on a waiting list.
Water and use rules
The city provides access and water for gardeners, while participants are responsible for following plot-maintenance guidelines. Call the community garden program at 951-289-5420 before making an application or paying fees.
